As a Managing Partner and an alumnus of the Graduate Institute of Urban Planning at National Taiwan University, Pan oversees fund structuring, asset acquisition, and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) strategies. He founded "9floor," Taiwan's pioneering coliving brand, which was successfully acquired by a Japanese listed developer. Pan leverages his urban planning expertise and real estate exit experience to drive capital efficiency for our portfolio.

Osera drives LBB's deal origination, securing prime land and forging local partnerships. Leveraging his roles as an Associate Professor at Kanazawa University, co-founder of HafH, and lead of the "Colive Fukuoka" government initiative, he acts as our key liaison with Japanese municipalities. His unparalleled domestic network ensures exclusive pipeline access for our fund.

Working with his team of engineers at Structured Environment, Alan mitigates physical asset risks and guarantees structural longevity for our investors. As an award-winning authority in timber engineering and a frequent collaborator with Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, he oversees LBB's strict compliance with global standards, ensuring our modular cabins boast a 60+ year structural lifespan, comparable to permanent commercial real estate.
